Please note that any hypnosis consultations I conduct with you are strictly non-medical.
INITIAL SESSION
- During the initial session, I will explain how hypnosis works and answer any questions you may have about hypnosis.
- We will discuss and formulate an action plan together during this session and establish, by agreement, how many sessions you may need.
- Please note that the number of sessions required is determined by how you progress in each session, but it will be your decision.
- By the end of the session, I hope to have built up a rapport with you and will conduct a relaxation session so that you know how it feels to be hypnotised.
- I will make brief notes of our sessions. All records are completely confidential and are securely locked away.
- The first session lasts two to three hours and any subsequent sessions last approximately 60 minutes.
- Should you wish to have a consultation at the weekend, a weekend cost per hour will apply.
- Regression therapy can be arranged.
- If you need a customised MP3 recorded specifically for you, this will be available for an additional cost..
CONSULTATIONS
- I consult In-Person at the Whitehouse Centre, Main Road Howick, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
- Online Consultations are conducted both nationally and internationally through platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp.
CONFIDENTIALITY
- I am bound by the ethics of the South African Modern Hypnosis Academy (SAMHA) and these ethics ensure I treat you professionally, with respect and keep all information shared in the strictest of confidence.
- I must however advise you that I reserve the right to break confidentiality if you provide me with information that indicates an immediate threat to your own life or health, or to any other person.
- I further reserve the right to report that information to your GP, the police, or any emergency services.
- Please remember that my goal is to guide you towards self-reliance to enable you to have full control of the life you wish to live.
- For our sessions to be successful you must participate, be honest with me and listen to recordings when provided.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- After booking you will receive a registration form and pre-session questionnaire via email. Please complete and sign the registration form and pre-session questionnaire included with this terms and conditions/letter as confirmation of your acceptance of its contents and the information in the other forms.
PAYMENT
- The consultation fee must be paid online, via EFT or a Yoco link, which I can provide upon request.
- Your appointment will not be confirmed until payment is received and the required documents are submitted.
CANCELLATIONS
- I reserve the right to cancel your appointment if payment is not received.
- If you book an appointment after making payment and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be liable for the full session fee unless it is due to an emergency or illness.
